Are your items handmade?

Yes. Every item at Metztli Shop is handmade from start to finish by me. Because each piece is crafted by hand, slight variations may occur, making every item one of a kind.

What materials do you use for your earrings?

Most earrings are made with polymer clay and finished with hypoallergenic hardware. I’m mindful of comfort and quality, especially for sensitive ears.

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

Yes. All earrings are made with hypoallergenic materials. If you have specific allergies or concerns, feel free to reach out before purchasing.

How should I care for my polymer clay earrings?

To keep your earrings looking their best:

  • Store them in a cool/dry place

  • Avoid exposing them to water, perfumes, make-up and lotions

  • Do not bend or apply pressure

  • If stained, clean gently with a soft damp, cloth

How long does shipping take?

All items are handmade and processed within 3-5 business days before shipping. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Where do you ship?

Metztli Shop ships within the United States. International shipping is available, shipping rates start at $18 USD. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, you may return or exchange your items. You must request either within 3 days of receiving your item. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after that time frame. However, all sale and B grade items are final sale and no returns or exchanges are accepted for them. If your item arrives damaged we ask that you reach out within 2 business days of arrival and provide images. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be canceled or changed within 24 of purchase. Once an order is in production or shipped, changes are no longer possible.

Do you offer custom orders?

Custom orders are not available at this time, but I’m always open to suggestions for future designs <3
